President’s challenge

Log on to to take the President’s Challenge Test to measure your health-related fitness.

The challenge tests the following:

  • Aerobic fitness through a one-mile walk or one and a half-mile run
  • Muscular strength and endurance through a Half Sit-up Test and Push-up Test
  • Flexibility through a Sit-and-reach Test
  • Body composition through calculating your Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference

After you complete all the components of the test, go to again to input your results and analyze your fitness level.
